Room details:

2 Sitting Rooms; a large kitchen; 5 bedrooms; plus a separate studio bedroom if you need extra space. See the video on the first page which has all of the rooms.

Downstairs bedrooms:

The Aughinish Room - King en Suite (bath)
The Finavarra Room - King en-suite (shower).
The Studio/annex - Large King/twin room - An extra room that is attached to but separate from the house. Please ask if you want to use this as there is an addition charge unless you have booked for 14 people (in which case this will be automatically included).

Upstairs bedrooms:

The Bay Room - King En Suite (shower)
The Flaggy Room - Double Bed plus a Bunk Bed (sleeps 4; shares bathroom))
The Abbey Room - Twin Room (shares bathroom) The Finavarra Room - Ground Floor - King En Suite (shower)

The Sitting Room

The sitting room is a big space and also contains the main dining table. There is a breakfast bar that connects to the kitchen which allows it to be very social as well as comfortable. The wood burner is great, especially in the winter. The sitting room leads out onto the garden/orchard and has great views of the Burren hills and over the water to the Aughinish Headland. The sunrises are great to watch from this room. The garden room (with TV) is accessed through this room and is separate so if one is noisy you can sit in the other. .

The Finavarra Room

Ground Floor - King En-Suite (shower). Lovely views down to the sea and along the driveway. Although not specifically set up for accessibility purposes using this room is the easiest for the less able or if you dont like stairs.

The Aughinish Room

Ground Floor - King En-Suite (bath) - Lovely views down to the water and also down Aughinish Inlet from Galway Bay. This room is adjacent to the sitting room so ideal if you have a baby monitor and want to be close to your baby.

The Kitchen

A well stocked kitchen with a large hatch through to the sitting room breakfast bar. Contains microwave, oven, air-fryer, hob, George-Foreman grill, dishwasher. Cafetiere for coffee (the plunger type - see picture below). The table in the kitchen sits 6 with the larger one now out in the dining/sitting room.

The Bay Room

1st Floor - King En-Suite (shower) - East Facing windows so great for watching the sun rising over the orchard if you an early riser. For some this is considered the Master Bedroom so perhaps take this if you have the choice!

The Flaggy Room

1st Floor - Double Bed plus a Bunk Bed (sleeps 4; shares bathroom). The bunks are great for kids but are also long enough for adults to sleep in.

The Abbey Room

1st Floor - Twin Room (shares bathroom with the bunk room). You can see the hills of the Burren from the window out over the orchard.

The Garden / TV Room

NB: The TV is only a screen and has no connection so you will need to plug your device into it to play anything. Bring the necessary equipment (HDMI cable or Fire Stick etc). This is a lovely room with great views down to the sea and along the garden up to the hills. Its next to the main living room.

The Studio/annex

Sleeps 2 on twin beds that can also be put together. This is locked off unless specifically asked for (at a small extra cost) or unless the booking is for 14 in which case it is automatically added. It has the general shower-room/WC next to it and direct access through to the Garden Room.
